Warm Congratulations: LVSUN Group Formally Signs Hunan Production Base Project
On February 5, 2015, LVSUN Group—a National Hi-Tech Enterprise, a Guangdong Famous Brand Enterprise, and an industry innovation benchmark—formally signed its Hunan production base project. Located in the Daozhou Industrial Concentration Zone in Hunan, the project covers an area of 66,667 square meters with a planned investment of 200 million yuan, mainly producing power supplies, battery chargers, smart home products, wearable devices, and other high-tech products. Once completed and put into operation, the base is expected to reach an annual production value of nearly 1 billion yuan and to generate nearly 100 million yuan in taxes and profits, while creating more than 2,000 jobs. At the signing ceremony, Mr. Shi Chuangtai, Secretary and Director of the Daozhou County Party Committee, Mr. Liu Yonghui, Deputy County Secretary and County Magistrate, and Mr. Xu Jianhua, Chairman of LVSUN Group, respectively signed the formal agreement. Among the Daozhou County leaders attending the ceremony were County Party Committee Secretary Hu Xianrong, National People's Congress Director Zhou Liangying, Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Vice President Ding Jianhua, as well as county leaders and heads of the land, urban construction, taxation, economy and trade, finance, and other departments, such as Tang Weihong, together with LVSUN Group Manager Ms. Liu Qiuhua and others.
Daozhou County is an ancient and storied region, the birthplace of Zhou Dunyi. With picturesque scenery and an advantageous location—about 400 km from Guangzhou, Changsha, and Nanning—it serves as one of Hunan Province's demonstration counties for undertaking industrial transfer from the Pearl River Delta. The leaders of Daozhou County are pragmatic and efficient, with a strong service mindset. The county offers highly preferential investment-promotion policies and has become an investment hotspot in the southwestern region. It is reported that the county's industrial clusters have attracted more than 100 foreign-invested enterprises from the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta.
This successful signing will not only effectively boost the local economy, tax revenue, and employment, and strengthen both the upstream and downstream segments of the battery and power industry chain; it also aligns with LVSUN's plans to build an internationally renowned brand and to set the benchmark for industry development. Moreover, it reflects LVSUN Group's need for leapfrog development and strategic transformation in a new economy and a new era. Over the next few years, LVSUN will launch more innovative high-tech products. As the LVSUN Hunan production base is planned and built, it will take on greater production responsibilities and lay a solid foundation for the company's next stage of development—marking a new step forward in LVSUN's broader group-development strategy.
